If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective, damaged, wrong styles or mis-shipped items: You’ll get full refund if the items are in bad situations.
Wrong color: You'll get full refund if we send the wrong color or the color with big difference than you ordered, But please be noted, the color display will vary on different screens.
Size & measurements issue:
We highly recommend that you should check the size measurement charts before ordering as the fitting variation in different style even in same size. According to ISO Tolerance on garments, the measurements may be vary by approximately 4cm (1 1/2'') in bust, waist and hip circumference, and 1.2cm (1/2'') in sleeve and body length. That means we accept the refund & exchange requests with no charge on you if the measurements exceed ISO Tolerance. Or you'll pay the return shipping charge and exchange shipping to get the correct size.
Item is the size you ordered but does not fit:
If items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered, we do allow returns, you should bear the full shipping cost and will get 90% refund of the product purchase price. At this time, we recommend you to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
